Moreno has over fifteen years of experience training runners, cyclists, and wheelchair athletes. He has coached clients who want to just finish an event to clients that want to win. His clients have won national, world and Olympic championships. His educational background, a degree in kinesiology and masters in sport psychology, provide him with the ability to bring out the best in his clients.
“It’s the process – not the outcome – that matters on the road to success. If you prepare and perform to the best of your ability then the results will reveal themselves.”
Moreno was a Division I collegiate Track and Field and Cross Country runner. He currently races both road and mountain bikes and was a member of Team USA for the 1997 Master World Mountain Bike Championships, and is a NORBA Semi-Pro and USCF Master Category 3 cyclist. With his extensive running and cycling background, he is planning on doing his first Olympic distance triathlon this summer, that is if he learns to swim better than an anchor.

“A long Sunday bike ride, 5-6 hours with good friends, great conversation, laughing, heckling, lots of climbing to put the hurt on others, sunshine on our backs, and when finished its a ranchero burrito followed by a nap. That’s going to church for me.”
